2021 Wheels for Meals Charity Ride is Postponed
We regret to inform you that our 2021 Wheels for Meals Charity Ride this Saturday, April 24 will be postponed. We made this difficult decision to postpone due to the threat of severe weather, and concern for the safety of our participants and volunteers.
Our new event date will be on Sunday, August 22, 2021. The reason behind the day change to Sunday is due to the Travelers Rest Farmer’s Market which is held at Trailblazer Park every Saturday from May to September.
In lieu of general packet pickup, tomorrow we will now host participants who:
- earned incentive gear and submitted sizes by the due date of March 12
- purchased a water bottle or t-shirt
- purchased gear from past events
In our office from 12 - 6 p.m. for pickup of these items only. All social distance protocols will be in place.
We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Karla at email@example.com. We look forward to seeing you all out on August 22.
Meals on Wheels of Greenville
Thank you to everyone who supported the 2020 Wheels for Meals Virtual Charity Ride. The virtual ride took place from September 21 - September 27 and featured two different routes for riders to choose. Even with the event changing to virtual, we raised enough funds to provide over 10,000 meals to the homebound of Greenville County.
Wheels for Meal benefits Meals on Wheels of Greenville, providing hot meals and daily volunteer visits to homebound and senior neighbors throughout Greenville County.
Thank you for your dedication and support in making the 2020 Wheels for Meals Virtual Charity Ride a success!
